Aurigo was founded in 2003 by Balaji Sreenivasan〔https://www.linkedin.com/in/bsreenivasan〕 as an enterprise software product company to plan and manage capital programs . Throughout the first decade of the 21st century, Aurigo expanded its solution into a fully integrated cloud based capital program management life-cycle suite, presently branded as Aurigo Masterworks. The company was initially headquartered in New York, and moved its headquarters to Austin, Texas in 2013. Aurigo is closely held by its management and employees.
